 Product Maintenance & Care

To keep your pet products safe, clean, and long-lasting, please follow the maintenance tips below. Proper care ensures your pet stays happy and healthy!

Toys

  • Wash Regularly: Clean chew toys and plush items with mild soap and warm water. Machine wash soft toys on a gentle cycle when possible.

  • Inspect Often: Check for loose stitching, broken parts, or wear and tear. Replace if damaged to avoid choking hazards.

  • Storage: Keep toys dry and away from direct sunlight to prevent deterioration.

Bowls & Feeders

  • Daily Cleaning: Wash food and water bowls after every use with dish soap and warm water to prevent bacteria buildup.

  • Dishwasher Safe: Many of our bowls are top-rack dishwasher safe—check the product label or listing for details.

🛏️ Pet Beds & Blankets

  • Vacuum Weekly: Remove pet hair and dirt regularly.

  • Wash Monthly: Machine wash covers or whole beds (if applicable) on cold with pet-safe detergent. Air dry or tumble on low.

Grooming Tools

  • Clean After Use: Rinse brushes and combs to remove hair and dander.

  • Store Dry: Keep tools in a dry place to prevent rust or mold.

Leashes, Collars & Harnesses

  • Spot Clean: Use mild soap and water to wipe down dirt or mud.

  • Air Dry Only: Do not machine dry or expose to high heat, as it may weaken materials.

  • Check Fittings: Inspect buckles and stitching regularly to ensure your pet's safety.

Storage Tips

  • Store unused products in a cool, dry area.

  • Keep all pet products out of reach of pets when not in use, especially treats, grooming tools, and small parts.
